- All bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or approved partners.
- A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
- Prices are displayed in euros (€) unless stated otherwise.
- Marrakech Quad reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour may be non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule or offer a refund.
4. Participation Requirements
- Drivers must be at least 16 years old.
- Children may participate as passengers depending on the activity.
- No driving license is required.
- Participants must be in good physical condition.
5. Safety & Responsibility
- Safety instructions must be followed at all times.
- Helmets and safety equipment are mandatory.
- Marrakech Quad is not responsible for accidents caused by reckless or unsafe behavior.
- Participants are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles due to misuse.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Marrakech Quad is not liable for:
- Personal injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Delays caused by traffic or external factors
7. Insurance
Basic insurance is included in all our tours. However, we recommend that clients have their own travel insurance for additional coverage.
8. Changes & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or services if necessary for safety or operational reasons.
